Dr Greg Pearce has practiced as a pharmacist in NSW tertiary referral hospitals, academia and, over the last 22 years, within the Australian pharmaceutical industry.  During his employment within the pharmaceutical industry, he has held senior operational and management roles in regulatory affairs, medical information, pharmacovigilance and health economics.

He has strong professional and academic interests in the quality use of medicines, and the science underpinning the discovery, development and post marketing stewardship of medicines.  He was an Industry member on the Pharmaceutical Health and Rational Use of Medicines (PHARM) advisory committee from 2001 to 2008.  He has been a member of the Australian Regulatory and Clinical Scientists association (ARCS) since 1989.
