Fiona Stewart is appointed as an Associate Professor of Anatomy in the School of Rural Medicine.

Affiliations

Associate Professor Stewart is a registered Medical Practitioner and is affiliated with the Australasian Society of Biomedical Scientists, a member of the Australian College of Legal Medicine, and a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Areas of Teaching

Her teaching responsibilities include teaching anatomy components in the JMP.  She has also developed an elective unit, Gross Topographical Regional Anatomy by Dissection, offered to Year 1 medical students, and developed a 200 level unit, Musculoskeletal Anatomy, offered to students enrolled in the BSc.  Associate Professor Stewart has also developed the Graduate Diploma in Applied Anatomy by Dissection (accredited by RACS) and the Master of Applied Anatomy by Dissection.
