Master in Agricultural Economics and Agricultural Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and from the Universidad Austral de Chile. Specialized in the areas of Agricultural Policies, International Trade and Project Evaluation. Experience in analysis, evaluation and design of policies and projects related to the agricultural production. Development and publication of analysis models of policies impact. Mother language is Spanish, good knowledge of English and Portuguese, and knowledge of statistical and econometric computational tools.
