Liz is a Lecturer in Nursing in the School of Health.
Liz is currently a practicing Registered Nurse who has post-graduate qualifications and extensive clinical experience across a broad range of clinical practice areas including Community Palliative Care, Immunisation, Community Nursing, First-line Emergency Care and Triage. I also have a background and post-graduate qualifications in Operating Room, Post-Anaesthesia Care, Spinal Injuries Nursing and Pain Management. I have been employed within the School of Health since 2002 as facilitator, unit coordinator and developer, lecturer and tutor. I am currently undertaking my Masters in Nursing (Honours) through UNE.

Liz is a member of, and have fostered close links to a number of Professional Associations including the Wound Care Nurses Association of NSW, Palliative Care Australia and Palliative Care Nurses NSW, NSW Institute of Rural Clinical Services and Teaching, Aged Care Association Australia – NSW.
