Speciality Area/s

Background:

Darryl has worked in both the intensive and extensive segments of the Australian beef industry and operates a family sheep and cattle enterprise with his wife. He has managed on-farm research programs for commercial cooperators, including the world’s largest beef producing companies. He holds research contracts with many commercial organizations and industry bodies such as Meat and Livestock Australia. He also has involvement in the live export trade with a specific focus on improving the welfare of sheep on arrival in the Middle East region and beef production in South-East Asia.
