National On-line Survey: Staff Bullying

http://www.schoolbullies.org.au

Dr Dan Riley in collaboration with Professor Deirdre Duncan of the Australian Catholic University is conducting a national online survey of staff bullying for all those employed in Australian schools. The website contains the first national electronic survey that seeks the experiences of support staff, teachers, executives and principals with the phenomenon of staff bullying in both government and non-government schools. The research aims to better inform those involved in the Australian education profession of the existence, forms and effects of staff bullying and to identify leadership practices that limit or even prevent the phenomenon in schools.
