Biography

I have been teaching ESL/EFL since 1991, in both Thailand (10 years) and Australia (17 years). During my tenure with the AUA Language Centre, Bangkok, I also served as Academic Coordinator for a period of 4 years followed by a number of years teaching in north-eastern Thailand at the AUA Branch, Khon Kaen University, and the Mekong Institute as English Extension Instructor. Prior to joining the English Language Centre at UNE in January 2008, I was the Senior Teacher (ESL), Russo Schools Australia, Brisbane for a period of 4 years. I have been Head Teacher here at the English Language Centre for the past 4 and a half years. I am a prolific reader with an active interest in current Pan-Asian affairs related to political history and human geography.

BA (English), Grad Cert TESOL, M.Ed (TESOL), M.A Thai Studies (Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok)
