Biography

Momen came to UNE in 2007 as a PhD candidate (Poultry Nutrition) with UNERS living allowance and DuPont Animal Nutrition (formerly Danisco Animal Nutrition) tuition fee scholarship at the University of New England. After completed his doctoral thesis in 2010, he has employed as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Poultry group, UNE. His main area of interest is broiler and layer nutrition, particularly focusing on gut health, feed ingredients, feed enzymes and digestibility. His current research focuses on protease and xylo-oligosaccharides (Signis) feed enzymes in broiler chickens.
