Peter currently coordinates postgraduate units in Advanced Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Research Methods, and Leadership and undergraduate units in Human Resource Planning and Organisational Development and Organisational Research Methods (specific details below).

Peter has successfully supervised 4 completed Ph.Ds since 2015 and has 9 Masters and Doctoral students under his co-supervision from 2019 onwards.

Peter has been a Visiting Academic - International Business at the ESADE Business School Barcelona Spain, and has been a regular Visiting Professor at the University of Tartu Estonia School of Economics and Business since 2015.

Peter facilitates a range of leadership development programs (including a specialist program in university student leadership development) in Australian private and public sector organisations and a range of universities internationally. Peter is a certified Master Coach for the Leading, Managing, and Coaching by Values (ICF; CCE) program with Dr Simon Dolan - Barcelona Spain, and is a certified facilitator in the Crucial Conversations program and DISC and Emotional Intelligence personality assessment methods.

Consultancy Interests

Peter consults to industry in a range of HR, strategic leadership and management areas. Peter has delivered strategic leadership programs for the Australian Institute of Management and continues to engage in leadership development activities with public and private sector clients. His speciality areas are staff selection and recruitment; leadership development; organisational role analysis; organisational learning; motivation; and values and their role in organisational performance.
