Judith is an economist with a wide range of experience in Commonwealth and State Treasuries, university teaching and environmental and regional economic development research. She has completed research projects in climate change adaptation, ecological economics, industrial ecology, socio-economic impact analysis, infrastructure finance, benefit-cost analysis and federal-state relations.
