Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Manager. Registration cancellations (including optional functions) before 3 June 2013 will forfeit $75.00 of registration fee to cover administration costs. No refunds will be made after 3 June 2013, but substitute delegates are acceptable.

Cancellation of UNE College accommodation, either in part or in full, with more than 7 days notice in writing prior to arrival, will incur a fee of $25.00 to administer a refund. If less than 7 days notice is given in writing prior to arrival, the fee incurred will be equivalent to one night's accommodation. No refunds will be given for accommodation cancellations, either in part or in full, with less than 24 hours notice.

Please note that any eligible refund will be processed after the conference.

Privacy: In registering for this conference relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only), and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including venue and accommodation providers and key sponsors. Should you not wish your details to be used for this purpose, please contact the Event Manager.
