IT Service Disruption

Dear University Community,
A service disruption occurred early this morning when the University’s production file server Barney failed.
The initial failure occurred at 7:00 am this morning but was not reported until 8:50 am. ITD staff responded quickly and full service was restored by 9:10 am this morning.
ITD apologises for any inconvenience caused.
If you have any further problems with access to University computer systems or telephones please report them to the ITD Service Desk on x5000 or servicedesk@une.edu.au.
