New England Eucalypt Dieback Honours Scholarship

If you will be entering your honours year in either the BSc(Honours) or BEnvSc(Honours) degree in Botany, Ecology or Zoology at the University of New England and hold a Credit average or above, or an equivalent GPA, you have a chance of being awarded this scholarship.  Offers will be conditional on the applicant meeting all eligibility requirements. Value:  $5,000 for 1 year
Number Awarded:  Variable
Duration:  One Year
Closing Date:  15 May and 15 November

Eligibility:

• open to students entering the honours year
•  full-time, on-campus
• credit average or above, or equal (GPA)

Selection is based on:

• academic merit as indicated by recent academic records
•  the appropriateness of the proposed research project
•  the applicant should provide a brief statement describing their career aspirations, interpersonal and communications skills, initiative and self motivation
  

If you are applying for more than one scholarship, you should use a separate application form for each application. Arrange to have your reference commenting on your personal attributes forwarded to the Scholarships Officer by the due date.
