CWA/Earle Page College Equity Scholarship

If you are considering living in one of the University residences and are a member of one of the equity target groups listed below, you have a chance of being awarded this scholarship. The recipient must reside Earle Page College.

Offers will be conditional on the applicant meeting all eligibility requirements upon enrolment (see CWA/Earle Page College Equity Scholarship Terms and Conditions).

Value: $2,000 for 1 year
Number: 4
Closing Date: Last Friday September  - Extended until 31st December 2008
Eligibility:

  1. open to students completing Year 12 and gap year students
  2. the applicant will meet the criteria of one of the following equity target groups
    1. people from a low socio-economic background
    2. people from regional or remote areas
    3. Indigenous Australians
    4. People with an educational disadvantage associated with gender
    5. People with a disability
    6. People from a non-English speaking background
  3. intending to reside in Earle Page College

Selection is based on:

  1. financial need
  2. academic merit as indicated by the applicant’s performance during the HSC or equivalent
  3. Principal’s assessment
  4. the applicant may be required to attend an interview
If you are applying for more than one of the scholarships listed on the Undergraduate Scholarships Application form, you should use the same form for all your applications.
