How to Apply for Undergraduate Scholarships at UNE

Commencing students - school leavers (including gap year students):

Please read the Terms and Conditions that are linked to the scholarship that you are interested in.
Check that you are eligible for that scholarship and that you think you can meet the selection criteria.
School leavers can obtain a Scholarships and Early Entry School Leavers' Guide and a UNE Undergraduate Scholarships 2010 Application form from either from their Careers Adviser (school leavers) or this website from mid-July. The scholarships application form is linked from each scholarship on this site.
Follow the instructions on the form. School leavers should send the form, in the first instance, to their School Principal and they will forward it to UNE.
There is no application fee.
If you completed Year 12 (or equivalent) in 2007 or 2008, and commencing university study for the first time you are a ‘gap year’ student and eligible to apply for any undergraduate scholarship listed for school leavers. You must still submit your form to the school where you completed your Year 12 studies.

Scholarships are also available for other future students and continuing students.
