How to Apply for Undergraduate Scholarships at UNE

Commencing students - school leavers (including gap year students):

  1. Please read the Terms and Conditions that are linked to the scholarship that you are interested in.
  2. Check that you are eligible for that scholarship and that you think you can meet the selection criteria.
  3. School leavers can obtain a Early Entry and Scholarships at UNE Booklet from either from their Careers Advisor or from the scholarship website from mid-July.  The scholarship application forms are  included in the Early Entry and Scholarships at UNE Booklet are also available on the Scholarship website.
  4. Follow the instructions in the Early Entry and Scholarships at UNE Booklet for applying.  School leavers should send the form, in the first instance, to their School Principal and they will forward it to UNE. You can also email the application to http://www.une.edu.au/askune/ marked attention to Scholarship Section.
  5. There is no application fee.
  6. If you completed Year 12 (or equivalent) in 2010 or 2011, and commencing university study for the first time you are a ‘gap year’ student and eligible to apply for any undergraduate scholarship listed for school leavers. You must still submit your form to the school where you completed your Year 12 studies.

Scholarships are also available for other future students and continuing students.
