Court Mentors
Court Mentors assist the Head of the College and the Resident Tutor team to provide pastoral and academic support to their court, and work with their court’s Resident Tutor in this role. They are also rostered on overnight College duty on a fortnightly basis, when they are responsible for responding to matters across all Courts. This may include students locked out of their room and/or emergency situations. They provide a positive role model to all students, and assist in setting the tone of their Court and in guiding students to behaviour in socially acceptable ways. Court Mentors refer to and/or brief their Court’s Resident Tutor on any matters impacting the social, academic and personal development of members of their Court.
