Mary Bagnall Trophy (for women)
Women in each College compete for this in the following sports: athletics, indoor soccer, table tennis, badminton, netball, tennis, basketball, orienteering, volleyball, cricket, soccer, waterpolo, hockey, squash and canoeing.
There are also three mass-participation events; the run-swim, swimming and cross-country. In these sports, points are awarded on the percentage of competitors compared to the number of potential competitors. So the important thing is to participate, regardless of ability or lack of it.
Mary Bagnall Trophy was awarded to Robb College in 2004.
If this wide range of sports does not entice you, your interest as a spectator would be most welcome and appreciated.
