In the instance of a First-Aid Officer leaving the employ of the University:

• The First-aid Officer must advise their Head/Dean/Director that they are a nominated first-Aid Officer and their location within building that they are responsible for.

• The Head/Dean/Director or authorised nominee must then complete the Cessation of Employment of a First-Aid Officer form and submit to the Occupational Health and Safety Unit.
