Trouble submitting an online form?

Below are the possible solutions if you are having issues submitting an online form.

  1. Use an alternative web browser.
    If you are using a particular web browser try submitting the form using a different web browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Crome, Microsoft Edge etc.
  2. Attachments are exceeding the allowed capacity or of the incorrect file type. (please check the attachment restrictions)
  3. Clear your cache

Clearing the cookies and cache, then restarting your browser should resolve the issue. Here are the instructions on how to do that for each browser:
