Services UNE has as its charter the provision of student support and commercial services on campus. The on campus services provided include hair dresser, news agent, post office, general store, restaurant, brasserie, cafe, bars, bookshop, radio station and concerts by some of Australia’s leading bands.
Services UNE also runs Armidale's Belgrave Cinema.
New England Mutual is the on campus credit union, part of the Community Mutual Group, Australia's largest inland community Credit Union. There are ATM and EFTPOS facilities on campus also.
You can salary package your childcare using UNE's on campus childcare centre, Yarm Gwanga. 56 placement long day care centre providing care for children aged 8 weeks to 5 years. Hours are 8.30 - 5.30 p.m. Two course lunch provided. Also available vacation care for school aged children with same hours and lunch provided.
