Educational Developer
(3 Year Fixed-term)

School of Health

The Educational Developer will work with School staff and the University’s Teaching and Learning Centre staff to enhance the quality of teaching and learning processes and resources.   Applicants must have an understanding of contemporary pedagogy as it relates to tertiary distance education; expertise, experience and excellence in the planning, development and evaluation of courses, units or other education programs which use the Web and multimedia, print, video and audio and; the ability to work both as a team member, and manage project teams.

The position is fixed-term for three years from appointment with the possibility of further appointment subject to satisfactory performance and the availability of funding.  Consideration may be given to filling the positions on a less than full-time basis.

Salary

$63,619 to $71,232 per annum (HEO Level 7)
plus 17% employer superannuation and optional salary packaging
