Council Services Officers (2 Positions)

The appointee/s will be responsible for providing the highest level of administrative/committee support to the Finance, Audit and Risk, Infrastructure, Tender, Honorary Degrees, Titles and Tributes, and Investment Committees of Council and their Chairs, University Secretary and Legal Counsel, Council Services Manager and as required to the Chancellor, Deputy Chancellor and University Ombudsmen.

Applicants must have demonstrated planning and analytical skills with proven ability to think strategically; excellent oral and written communication skills; word processing and spreadsheet skills; the ability to work with limited supervision; and to produce high level business papers.
