Customer Service Coordinator (Fixed-term)

The Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with the Centre Manager and Customer Service team members to ensure the efficient operation of UNE's Indoor Recreation Centre and Outdoor Facilities.

Sport UNE's Customer Service Counter is the first ‘point of call' for patrons utilising UNE's Sports Centre facilities and seeking membership information.  The Customer Service Coordinator will therefore be committed to quality customer service and possess high level communication skills.  The Customer Service Co-ordinator will process memberships and facility bookings and must have high level computer experience including an ability to use a range of relevant software.

The position is available for a fixed-term period of five years with the possibility of further appointment and/or conversion to a continuing appointment, subject to funding and satisfactory performance.
