Associate Lecturer in Academic Development (Fixed-term)
Teaching and Learning Centre
The appointee will assist in the support of academic staff at UNE through preparation and delivery of relevant workshops and seminars, consultation about development needs, development of project plans, and assistance with the development of learning materials using new technologies.
Applicants must have: tertiary qualifications and preferably possession of, or progression towards, a higher degree in a relevant discipline; demonstrated ability to develop and apply knowledge of theory and practice in the areas of teaching and learning in higher education; and experience in using a variety of multimedia applications.
This is a 12 month fixed-term appointment with the possibility of further appointment, and/or conversion to a continuing appointment, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funding. Consideration may be given to filling the position on a less than full-time basis.
