The Role
Drawing on your experience to date with your track record of successful implementations of Change, Release and Control processes, you will have the opportunity and resources along with the full support and mandate top level of IT Management to bring effective Change, Release and Control into fruition at UNE. You will be responsible for the implementation, management and improvement of the associated processes and procedures.  Additionally, the role will be responsible for ongoing education and liaison with stakeholders to create awareness of policies, processes and procedures with regard to Change, Release and Control of IT services and resources.

This opportunity begins as a 12 month contract with possibility of further appointment or converting this role to a permanent position subject to continued funding and satisfactory performance.  Whilst this position is full-time, consideration may be given to filling the role on less than a full-time basis.

•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to raise awareness and get the stakeholders onside
•    Extensive experience in a Change, Release and Control Role
•    ITIL certification in the required processes.
•    Strong organisational skills

Salary

Total remuneration package valued up to $80,105 per annum, including 17% employer superannuation.  The University currently offers a standard 35 hour week, 5 weeks annual leave, salary packaging and staff development opportunities.
