International Development and Compliance Officer

International Marketing and Pathways

The role of International Marketing and Pathways is to meet the University's objectives in relation to the recruitment and admission of international students, with a particular focus on developing and maintaining relationships with targeted international institutions to develop formal pathways and partnerships for this purpose.

The International Development and Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing and reviewing key operating protocols and procedures relating to the University's legislative compliance in terms of the provision of education and services to full-time international students.  The incumbent will also be expected to actively contribute to the development of the UNE International Plan and undertake research and analysis to this end.  The position will also involve coordinating the development of international relationships through to the implementation phase, including coordination of visits by strategic international partners.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience in developing and reviewing policy, procedures and guidelines; high level planning, analytical, problem solving and reporting skills; excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as a team member; and excellent computer skills using a range of relevant software.

Salary

$55,589 to $61,102 per annum (HEO Level 6)

plus 17% employer superannuation and optional salary packaging
