The University’s Facilities Management Services is seeking a senior manager to lead a specialist team responsible for the University’s asset and space management, GIS and CAD systems. The Directorate has responsibility for the University’s buildings, infrastructure, services and grounds and employs approx 35 staff with an operational budget of approx $12 million. As a new continuing position within the Directorate this position provides an opportunity for a motivated person to develop and mature University wide systems that support University strategies. Located in Armidale (NSW) the position offers interesting and rewarding work in conjunction with a country lifestyle. Armidale has excellent educational facilities including public and private schools, a TAFE and the University. As a university town there is an active cultural scene along with many sporting clubs, social and recreational activities.
