Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Agricultural Economics

School of Business, Economics and Public Policy

The School of Business, Economics and Public Policy is a leader in research and teaching of Economics, Agricultural and Resource Economics, Public Policy, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance and Management. The School is seeking to appoint an academic staff member in the position of Agricultural Economics. The person must be appropriately qualified with relevant academic experience to teach and undertake research in Agricultural Economics.

The School values quality teaching and the appointee will be expected to develop and contribute to reviews of coursework units and to undertake some administrative duties. The appointee will be expected to pursue an active research program, including supervision of research students and pursuit of external research funding, and demonstrate an ability to incorporate international relevancy in teaching. An ability to contribute to an interdisciplinary team approach is highly desirable.

Salary: $67,282 to $79,741 per annum (Lecturer); or
$82,230 to $94,691per annum (Senior Lecturer)
plus 17% employer superannuation and optional salary packaging
