The Teaching and Learning Centre at the University of New England requires a dedicated half-time Academic Developer to support the management, implementation and ongoing development of the evaluation of learning and teaching provided to the University. The evaluation of learning and teaching at UNE plays a significant part in providing critical information about the quality of learning and teaching to a range of stakeholders. The position will require an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated experience in report writing and the ability to provide advice and guidance to staff members across the University. The position also requires the successful applicant to project manage the implementation of new software, policy and reporting guidelines. Applicants must have: a postgraduate qualification and professional experience in an appropriate field; and demonstrated ability to design, develop and deliver evaluation processes of learning and teaching. In addition, applicants must have the ability to provide professional development programs and resources; and advanced skills in designing questionnaires and surveys.
