The Faculty of Arts and Sciences consists of the Schools of Arts; Behavioural, Cognitive & Social Sciences; Environmental & Rural Science; Humanities; and Science & Technology. To meet the strategic goals of the Faculty a major review of its administrative support has been undertaken resulting in a number of vacant positions. This position provides day-to-day administrative support to the School within a team of administrative staff responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the School office, assisting with the preparation of materials and communication of information across the School. Applicants must have extensive administrative experience; high-level communication skills; and advanced word processing skills and a knowledge of other relevant software. Appointment to this position may be made at either HEO level 3 or level 4, depending on the skills and experience of the appointee. Applicants must specify which level they are applying for and address the selection criteria relevant to that level. Whilst there is one full-time position available, consideration may be given to filling the position with more than one part-time appointment.
