The Australian Centre for Agriculture and Law (AgLaw), located in the School of Law, is a law and policy research and consulting centre with a research program focused on the transactions, rules and institutions that govern natural resource use, primary production and rural communities. The appointee will provide research skills in two key research programs of the Centre and also provide project management for other research projects as required. Due to the cross-disciplinary nature of the position, a background in both law and the social sciences is required. This half-time position is available until 31 August 2010 with the possibility of further appointment subject to satisfactory performance and the availability of funding. Consideration may be given to the successful applicant working off campus.
