Customer Service Coordinator (Fixed-term)

The Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager, Customer Service Officers and casual Customer Service team members to ensure the efficient operation of UNE’s Indoor Recreation Centre and Outdoor Facilities. Sport UNE’s Customer Service Counter is the first ‘point of call’ for patrons utilising UNE’s Sports Centre facilities and seeking membership information. The Customer Service Coordinator will therefore be committed to quality customer service and possess high level communication skills. The Customer Service Co-ordinator will process memberships and facility bookings and must have high level computer experience including an ability to use a range of relevant software. The position is available until for three months with the possibility of further appointment subject to satisfactory performance and the availability of funding.
