HR Client Services Officer

This position will work within a team to provide the day-to-day personnel operational functions for the University. The appointee will provide specialist support and services across the broad range of personnel management, including contractual matters and employment conditions, establishment, recruitment, payroll, superannuation and leave, and will have a major responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the data held in the University’s Human Resource Management Information System (Alesco).

The successful applicant must possess strong organisational and analytical skills, high-level communication and interpersonal skills, and have excellent client service skills. Excellent computer skills (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets and databases) are essential as is the ability to interpret and apply a complex range of policy, procedures and legislation.

Our preference is for a full-time appointment but consideration may be given to less than full-time. Applicants should indicate whether they are interested in full-time or part-time employment.

Salary: $48,173 to $55,550 per annum (HEO Level 5)
plus 17% employer superannuation and optional salary packaging
