Research interests

My research focuses on three different topics: (a) testing the ability of personality characteristics to predict aspects of life success (or failure), (b) testing methods of improving health-related behaviour and attitudes, including willingness to seek needed psychotherapy, and (c) identifying specific social effects of substance abuse.
