UNE Printery was established in 1970 to meet the printing needs of an ever enlarging campus, as well as the distance education students at the University of New England, Armidale.
UNEprint has been established in more recent times, and gives us the opportunity to offer our large commercial client base access to the same high level of expertise and the latest printing technology that is currently servicing the needs of the University.
We offer a wide variety of printing and binding services to suit the needs of the individual client. Don't hesitate to contact us for a competitive quotation for all your printing needs.
Fast Track and Offset Printing
UNEprint offers both electronic imaging and offset printing at cost-effective prices.
For all your business printing needs - from a simple business card to a full colour brochure to a complete marketing package.
We can help you with the product you want. Our range of printing equipment is diverse and versatile, catering for the high speed, fast turn around, black and white jobs, through to more complex full colour brochures, newsletters and books.
Our pre press staff are available to give you helpful advice in setting up your artwork, thus ensuring that copy is clean and ready to go to print. We encourage our clients to supply us with electronic artwork whenever possible to ensure the best results in the quickest possible time.
Typesetting and Design
We accept either hard copy or electronic files for printing.
We can set up a job fully or use documents that have been submitted electronically on either Macintosh or PC computer platforms.
Adobe Systems software are our preferred option for file submission and as a rule other file types need to be converted to PDF before submitting.
Bookbinding and Finishing
UNEprint has its own fully equipped Book Bindery in addition to its collating, folding, stapling and guillotining finishing services. The equipment is continually updated, allowing our staff to provide a comprehensive range of finishing options. Our Perfect Book Binder is state of the art technology and allows our clients in New England & North West to receive perfect bound books quickly and professionally.
Paper and Envelopes
UNEprint supplies copy paper and envelopes to all UNE areas at very competitive prices. Price lists and request forms are available in the 'Information and Forms' section of this web site.
Where Are We?
UNEprint is located on the north east corner of campus. From Niagara Street swing left into Madgewick Drive then right into Clarks Road at the Kleenheat depot. Follow it for approx. 1km, then turn left at the end of the tarred road. Then left into our car park.
