Board of Management
The PIIC Board consists of two members appointed by UNE and two appointed by NSW I&I and is intended to have a rotating Chair between UNE and NSW I&I on an annual basis. The Board determines; the broad policies and research priorities of the Centre; potential collaborative projects; allocation of staff and resources; funding sources including government funded research grants.
The Board also receives and considers reports from the Director about the Centre's performance; promotes cooperation between the Parties; approves communications and public relations strategies including guidelines for public announcements.
