Admission to UNE

Internal (on-campus) Students - Students applying for admission to enrol as a new ON CAMPUS undergraduate student need to apply through the University Admissions Centre (UAC) or the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC) (on-time applications for mid-year entry usually close in June, for first semester the following year, in late September). Check the Admissions Bulletin for closing dates.
LATE APPLICATIONS ATTRACT A LATE FEE.

External (off-campus) students should first apply for admission to UNE through the Student Centre. Please visit http://www.une.edu.au/for/future-students/ for more details. If you are a TRACKS student or a former UNE student applying for undergraduate admission, or are applying for admission as an OFF CAMPUS undergraduate student, you can make your admission application direct to UNE on the Undergraduate Admission Application Form. See the Admissions Bulletin for closing dates.

Postgraduate Studies:
If you are applying for admission to enrol as a postgraduate student, for some awards you need to apply through UAC or QTAC, for study by coursework you can apply direct to UNE on the Postgraduate Admission Application Form (applications for most of these awards close late November) and for study by research you can apply direct to Research Services. Follow this link for more information.

On the UNE Admissions Bulletin, you will find forms for direct admissions applications, full details on closing dates and UAC/QTAC information.

Please contact the Oorala Centre if you would like to discuss the application process.
