Vice-Chancellor's Awards for Excellence
The Vice-Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence are designed to recognize and reward outstanding performance from the University’s staff (as individuals or teams) that contributes to the achievement of one of the five Priorities in the UNE Strategic Plan 2007-2010.
These Awards are presented each year to members of the University’s staff who have achieved exceptional success, given outstanding service and/or shown recognised initiative in their work that contributes to effectively positioning UNE to achieve its strategic objectives.
Up to five Awards will be available annually in each category and will be presented to individuals and/or teams by the Vice-Chancellor at the annual Staff Awards Ceremony (in April-May). All staff members who have contributed significantly to service at UNE over the preceding twelve months are eligible to apply.
