IT Video Tutorial

The tutorials are recorded in Flash format and will run on either Mac or PC. Macromedia Flash Player is a free download. Look for the Get Macromedia Flash Player Icon.

Outlook
Account Settings	This tutorial will assist you to set up an email account. The tutorial starts from when you launch Outlook for the first time. If you have already started Outlook and have an account set up, or wish to change an account, from the Outlook tool bar select <Tools> then <E-mail Accounts...> This tutorial takes approx 2 min.
Create a Contact	This tutorial will assist you to create an Outlook Contact. This tutorial takes approx 1 min.
Message to a Contact	This tutorial is in two parts. In part 1 of this tutorial you will learn how to send an email to someone in your contact list. In part two of the tutorial you will learn how to send an email to someone you have sent an email to in the past, they may or may not exist in your contact list. This tutorial takes approx 1.5 min.
Find a Contact	In this tutorial you will learn how to search for a contact from any Outlook folder. This tutorial takes approx 30 sec.
Create an email Signature	This tutorial will assist you to set up an email signature that can be included automatically at the bottom of new or reply messages. This tutorial takes approx 2 min.

How to use the Format Painter Multiple Times (also applicable to other Office applications)	This tutorial will show you how to copy formatting and apply it multiple times to different parts of a document. This tutorial takes approx 1 min.

Windows XP		Top of Page
View file extensions	This tutorial will show you how to have Windows XP display file extensions such as .doc or .xls. By default, Windows XP hides extensions of known file types. This tutorial takes approx 40 sec.
Zip and Unzip folders	This tutorial will show you how to zip or unzip folders. You do not need Win Zip (or similar) for this tutorial. This tutorial takes approx 1.5 min.

360 Feedback	These (3) tutorials will show you how to use Web Kiosk to participate in the 360 Feedback process. The first tutorial shows you how to give feedback and the other two tutorials show you how to view and print feedback reports. Tutorial 1 takes approx 2.5 min
