As part of our initiatives to ensure that recognition of service is generated at the peer level, we maintain the Your Contribution page that highlights a staff member each fortnight. Any member of staff may be nominated simply by contacting od@une.edu.au 

Performance Planning & Review

UNE is part of a competitive tertiary education sector, and PPR helps us shape our staff, our organisation, and our goals to ensure that we continually improve. ODU provides advice and training on UNE's PPR standards.

360 Degree Feedback

ODU is a facilitator in the 360 Degree feedback process.  Additionally we deliver training to staff designed to provide an understanding of the role the 360 feedback process plays in relation to Performance Planning and Review at UNE.

Length of Service Awards

Organisational Development is also proud to be part of the Service Awards presented to recognise extensive service to UNE over many years.
