Courses that New Employees should do Online Now!

The following courses should be conducted by all new employees as soon as possible, and definitely within 6 monhts of commencing work at UNE.

There are several Divisions and Units at UNE that provide training opportunities for staff:

Organisational Development

Organisational Development is part of the Human Resource Services Directorate, located on the top floor of the TC Lamble building. Our role is to support the work of the University by the on-going development, implementation and monitoring of policies, strategies and procedures to assist individuals, teams and work units to effectively and efficiently perform their work.

Teaching and Learning Centre

The Teaching and Learning Centre offers a range of staff development activities related to teaching and learning including workshops and seminars, individual consultations, a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education and print and online resource materials.

Dixson Library

Dixson Library offers a range of library and information literacy skills both online and face to face. Subjects covered include eSkills, online indexes and databases, Endnote and advanced skills for researchers.
