IT assistance is available via the ITD Service Desk (X 5000) by email, by phone or in person. Most services the Service Desk provides are free of charge, but for some – such as the installation or relocation of network points / phones or IT support to your desk – a costcode is required. Further information on the services available and charges that apply can be found on ITD’s website.
