General Women's Leadership Shadowing Program
2011 Shadowing Program
The General Women's Shadowing program pairs participants with a UNE leader. Over the course of the program, the participant will 'shadow' the leader during a number of sessions, observing them in a variety of contexts and activities.
The program will take place from May to October 2011.
Applications are now closed for the 2011 program, which begins on May 10.

The General Women's Shadowing Program is part of the furthering women @ une program, an initiative of the Senior Deputy Vice Chancellor and DVC (Academic) and the Directorate of Human Resource Services. It is delivered by the Organisational Development Unit and Employment Equity and Diversity.

Shadowing program 2012
Next years program will be open to both general and academic staff,
and to both men and women.
Women will make up at least half of the group.
