Shadowing Program

2012 Program

The Shadowing program pairs participants with a senior UNE leader.  Over the course of the program, the participant will 'shadow' the leader during a number of sessions, observing them in a variety of contexts and activities, and learning 'the ropes' of effective and successful leadership practice.

The program takes place from May to October.

Who can apply for the program?

• Academic staff levels C & D - men and women
• General staff levels HEO7-9 - men and women
• ELC staff - deputy director level or equivalent
