Staff Induction
This course aims to ensure consistency of the induction experience for all new staff campus-wide.
Content Includes:
- UNE induction policy and procedures (including forms)
- Setting up new staff mentors
- Managing probation requirements
- Recommended informal induction processes
- Essential UNE knowledge
- Work unit induction expectations
All supervisory staff should also attend one of the weekly staff induction sessions run by OD staff every Monday 1100-1230. To book in for one of these sessions please email od@une.edu.au
