Conducting the 360 Feedback Process

This session will provide staff with an understanding of the role the 360 feedback process plays in relation to Performance Planning and Review at UNE.

 

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of:

  • the purpose and value of employing the 360 feedback process as part of their annual PPR
  • Policy/ies relating to the 360 feedback process
  • Performing the process through Web Kiosk
  • The types of feedback solicited
  • How feedback should be used to inform staff development.

This session can be attended by supervisors responsible for organising and conducting the 360 feedback process for a reporting staff member, staff members undergoing, or interested in undergoing, the 360 feedback process or staff members who have received a request to provide feedback.
