Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of the workshop fee will apply for cancellations made between one and two weeks prior to the course commencement. Cancellations less than one week prior to course commencement will incur the full course fee, however substitutions from the same School/Division may be made. For courses where no fee is payable, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply for cancellations less than one week prior to course commencement.
There is no refund of fees for Nationally Accredited Training Programs, IT Courses or courses that require facilitators not employed by the University. All courses are conducted by Organisational Development unless stated otherwise.
