About:
Organisational Development is part of the Human Resource Services Directorate, located on the top floor of the TC Lamble building. Our role is to support the work of the University by the on-going development, implementation and monitoring of policies, strategies and procedures to assist individuals, teams and work units to effectively and efficiently perform their work.We do this in a number of ways including:
- providing advice on organisational development, change management and strategic planning strategies for managers and staff;
- developing policy and implementation strategies for organisational issues affecting the way staff work (for example the goal setting and performance review process);
- developing, implementing and evaluating professional development policies, strategies and programs for academic and general staff; and
- providing individual consultations for staff on issues relating to training and career development
