New England Award Deadlines
There are two rules associated with the New England Award processes which include registering for the NEA and meeting the requirements of the NEA.
Rule 1
You must have at least 12 months of studying TIME remaining at the time you register for the New England Award program.
This is to ensure that you have enough time to complete the requirements without jeopardising your academic studies.
For example, if you expect to complete your studies at the end of Trimester 3, you must register (that the latest) at the beginning Semester 1 in the same year.

Rule 2
All students must meet the requirements of the NEA by the time they complete their studies.
You need to upload your reflective journal (in MyNEA) and formally apply for the New England Award through MyNEA by the last day of your final trimester of study.
Your journal cannot be uploaded until you have met the 1000 NEA points, so you need to make sure all activities have been submitted and approved before this.
