J. Woolmington History Prize

This prize was instituted by Dr Jo Woolmington, Principal of the College from 1978 until 1982.

Value:

$75. The prize will be paid directly to the recipient’s bank account.

Awarded:

Each year at the annual Chancellor’s Dinner.

Eligibility:

  • a Mary White student who was resident of the College at the time of the exams of the previous year;
  • highest marks in two units of History, Ancient History, Economic History or Archaeology.

How to Apply:

Eligible students do not need to apply. The decision is made by the College based on the student who attains the best results in the previous year and meets the eligibility criteria above.
